I only deducted 1 star because the first box of my vacuum that came that came didn't have any of the items tampered with or in plastic and they weren't packaged properly as if someone intentionally opened the box and the accessories pulled out they wanted and stuffed everything back. The first vacuum I received was literally just a vacuum, none of the other consumables that were said to come with the vacuum. If this happens to you, don't hesitate to contact Revain. I contacted Revain and they gave me a 30 day return receipt and sent me a new vacuum within 2 days. I received a new vacuum cleaner and it was intact, everything was in its rightful place and in the packaging. Now about how the vacuum works, very simple, you charge it for 5-6 hours, but after that it's very light and doesn't make a loud noise, I could literally vacuum while my partner sleeps. It absorbs very well, unfortunately my carpets need to be damp and clean, this made vacuuming difficult as my carpets are very old. I moved here knowing the carpets are a little wobbly. So my advice would be if you know your carpets need to be damp, do that first and then vacuum. Otherwise it works great and I am very happy with this purchase. I found out about this vacuum cleaner from one of my YouTubers who recommended it to pet owners and I have 2 cats and my partner is allergic to cats. Hopefully this will help reduce the hair and he can stop sneezing.
