I ordered three pairs of these shoes at once in October. We have a wedding at the end of December. big baby 4 1/3, big baby 3 1/2 and little baby 13. Delivery was good, excellent quality and appearance. When they arrived I just took one out of the box and the guys tried it on. I then stowed the boxes in the closet until we arrived on December 14th. took our family photos. 4 1/2 was great, 13 was good but when I took both shoes out of the box it was 3 1/2. They were both right footed, one 3 1/2 and the other 1 1/2. I feel so stupid I couldn't check them all out better when I first got them. But what should I do now? The date of my return has passed but can I still email the company or who should I contact? Just a slacker because I really like the shoes and really don't want to buy another whole pair.
