The best thing about this broker is that they are very organized with their shipping process- you can really tell how much thought goes into each step along our way! They also have great customer support-- always willing/able answer any questions or concerns which helps us feel comfortable using them as well!! I wish there were more options for international carriers other than UPS (which isn't bad but not my favorite). Have used many different freight brokers over time so it's hard at times knowing what features will be available when choosing one vs another; however PWNA has been extremely helpful from day 1 helping me choose exactly who would work out most effectively once i had chosen whom to use.
