I just installed and can't comment on durability yet. However, I was very impressed with the detailed installation instructions (especially in today's world of crappy installation instructions). Installation was very easy. It took me about forty minutes to take my time and make sure everything was done well. Very happy with the feel of the materials as they feel strong and durable. The kayak loads well and I like the plastic/gel grip materials to keep the kayak in place. I'm not crazy about straps to tie down my kayak and I'll get my own. Overall I'm happy with what I got.
