Review on MYPIN by Kevin Elliott

I recently bought something from MYPIN, and I have to tell that I was really dissatisfied with their service. Although the store's description may appear great, I was disappointed in the quality of its merchandise. First of all, I had trouble navigating the website and locating the goods I was looking for. The product description was vague when I eventually found the item, and I had my doubts about its quality. I was shocked to see that the product was subpar when I first got it. The item was not at all robust, and the sound quality was subpar. After only a few uses, it malfunctioned, necessitating further money to have it fixed. Additionally, the customer service was short. My interactions with them on my problems were received with a condescending and unprofessional demeanor. They ignored my emails and showed little interest in assisting me in finding a solution. MYPIN was a major letdown for me, to sum it up. Their customer service was unprofessional, their products were of poor quality, and their website was challenging to use. Anyone looking for portable audio and video alternatives should seek elsewhere, as I would not advise recommending this store to anyone.
