Review on Performance CPU Heatpipes Anti Oxidation Protective Computer Components by Wiktor Popiel ᠌

The average product, you can find a better one.

The fan needs to be replaced with something quieter. Pasta used from the Swiss, native garbage. Because of the fan, I do not recommend to buy. I am adding. I installed Arctic F12 PWM instead of my native cooler for 460. The result of the test in the OSST: native cooler - at 2022 rpm, the processor temperature is on average 79 degrees with jumps up to 86 degrees. Cooler from Arctic: at 1380 rpm, the processor temperature averages 76 degrees with jumps up to 80 degrees. I am attaching a photo of the results, it is clear that the new cooler maintains the temperature better, the graph is smoother. And it is SILENT at maximum, only the air rustles. But much slower in terms of speed. The native cooler is nonsense. The photo shows both temperature and speed (bottom right). And by the way - the bearing on the new cooler is also hydrodynamic, but silent.

Pros
  • Stylish, but no backlight.
Cons
  • The fastening is rigid, it is necessary to loosen the mounting bracket screws on the motherboard itself, and after installing the cooler, tighten them, otherwise there is a risk of breakage. No paste included, do not use. The fan is noisy (I think it's a feature of hydrodynamic bearings), with an increase in speed it makes an unpleasant whistling noise. Definitely needs to be replaced.
