Will not work or fit 2009 BMW X3 Xdrive 30si as specified at installation

Below is this product in relation to 2009 BMW X3 Xdrive 30si. Smaller than the OEM I pulled; was loosened during installation (in contrast to the OEM). I installed independently and the car rolled over but wouldn't start. I ran to the dealer (thief) and bought two new ones (inlet and outlet) and it immediately caught fire. The return window is closed so I don't have $40. Damn.
