Got this for my 2015 Toyota Sienna. I either tow adults in the third row or up to three 40-pound mountain bikes on a hitch (or both), and when I did a combination of both, the car jerked and the sag was pretty terrible. I would ride down a lot, even if it was just four people with no bikes. After installation, the ride became much more difficult. I felt like my butt stayed bigger longer which is good for me. Terribly sharp speed bumps are no longer a threat to the bottom of my car. Since I'm not towing a trailer or anything serious, I decided to just leave it at around 20psi. You saw the video on YouTube, you need two clamps and self-tapping screws. Also, I wrapped almost the entire air line with wire. If you have a hair dryer, the hose ends up being installed in a few seconds, much easier than using hot water. Just be careful not to melt that hose! If you love your Sienna but want that infamous mildness back, this is a great product!
