The team at Ai is very professional, helpful & knowledgeable in all aspects of marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or Marketo etcetera! They are always there to help you out when needed but also understand that sometimes things don't go exactly how we plan them too so they're willing/able enough for us adapt what needs done next time around :) Highly recommend working together if your looking into digital transformation services / products from an agency perspective rather than self service options like myself (self managed). I have been able work closely alongside my Account Manager who has helped me get up speed quickly while understanding our business goals within each department - Marketing Automation being one area where this was achieved early via training sessions held by Mr James O'Hara himself (@jamesoharra).
