I wanted all three of my iSpring filter housings to be translucent purple, so I bought them to match my RCC1UP reverse osmosis system. When they arrived they didn't want to hook into my system, so I emailed Brian at iSpring. It turns out these canisters have two different types of "threads": coarse and fine. TYPE "PTK" HAS A LARGE THREAD AND TYPE "AO" HAS A SMALL THREAD. For some reason I received the wrong kit for my reverse osmosis system and Brian went above and beyond to help me! He asked me to send him a photo of the type I received and a photo of the top of the filter housing on my reverse osmosis system and confirmed that I do not have the correct type of filter for my iSpring RCC1UP-AK system. He then quickly shipped the correct pair of filter housings along with a few other small parts to complete the installation of my second iSpring RO unit. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the customer service center is. I want to call them the CARE team because that's exactly what they do. They care! I've owned my business for 34 years now and sometimes it depends on how you support your customer base after the sale. And believe me, Brian is a master at helping a customer with their needs or concerns. He solved my problems flawlessly and sent me the material I needed to complete the job. Their products are of the highest quality and the after sale service they provide is impressive. Haven't seen that in so long, great attitude and kindness on emails and even on the phone when I called and spoke to Don. God bless this company and the amazing people who make this company work!
