Perfect replacement for my 6 year old system. Now I have the first 2 filters on my system transparent. (compared to before only the first canister)

I have to tell you that not only has ispring transformed the taste and safety of our water, but they also offer relentless customer service. They just don't give up until they get you up. I have had our system for over 3 years and have occasionally lost connections when changing filters. They help me find the right part and get me back online.

I ended up cracking the first stage filter housing on my 5 year old ISpring 6 stage reverse osmosis system (which I love). I bought the case you see here only to find that the threads have changed. I contacted Don at Ispring and he helped me with the right article. Anything that didn't work was sent back and the correct housing installed. Very happy! Thank you and keep it up!

iSpring has great customer service. I ordered them to replace a block that was leaking. The device was already installed in our house when we bought it, so I don't know how old it is. The fittings burst when I tried to put new canisters in. iSpring responded to my request for help and sent me replacement fittings free of charge. They were very quick to respond and helped make sure everything was ok.

I had a 5 stage Ispring filtration system and one of the housings broke right after the 2 year mark and flooded my butt. The sink is pretty bad. I checked everything and replaced the case and ONE WEEK later it broke again in the same place. I threw the whole system in the trash. It destroyed our cabinets, we had to cut out the base and whitewash everything, it was all chiselled. It was a lot of work and money to change the filters every 6 months, a year and 2 years so they keep cracking.

I bought this product because I have an Ispring 6 stage reverse osmosis filtration system. After about 2 years, a micro-hole formed in the plastic of one of the covers of the filter housing, which had to be replaced. casing is ok. The only issue is the lid, but Ispring doesn't just sell lids so I had to buy both pieces together. I ordered this to replace my RO-Ispring water housing which broke in the middle of the night causing a huge flood in my kitchen. This part does not fit my RO water filtration system even though it was listed as compatible. The case looks identical to the original but the carving is different. Now I've bought 4 of these to replace old cartridges. Their tops don't fit the old cartridge but I bought them to get rid of the old design. I had a few leaks with the OLD style which resulted in cracks in the top. The tops feel a bit softer than my old black ABS style, but the overall design feels more solid. I wanted all three of my iSpring filter housings to be translucent purple, so I bought them to match my RCC1UP reverse osmosis system. When they arrived they didn't want to hook into my system, so I emailed Brian at iSpring. It turns out these canisters have two different types of "threads": coarse and fine. I almost bought these and am very glad I did. I have a Coralife Pure-Flo II 50 GPD reverse osmosis system for my freshwater aquariums and just cracked my third canister. Coralife canisters have a serious design flaw that results in them having a weak thread base. It's almost enough just looking at a funny item to break one, and you really have to flip it around to get a good seal, adding extra stress to an already weak area.
