Perfect fit for my medium sized La-Z-Boy. It's clearly not designed for big jumbo chairs. There is no mechanism to hold the cover to the chair - no straps, no hooks, no handles. This leads some reviewers to point out that it doesn't stay in place when you sit on it (the backrest slides down and folds into the seat). While this is true, I've found that it stays in place well as long as nothing heavier than a cat is sitting on it. I use it on a leather chair and the backrest is long enough to throw it over the top and stay in place even with a cat. If I wanted it to stay on when I sat down (I don't, I only take it off temporarily) I would sew on a couple of thin straps going up around either side. backrests. It doesn't take much to secure it.
