This drive has been running great for about 10 months. It stopped working around August 1st. I bought it from Revain on October 12, 2019. During that time I only used it occasionally. I have another drive that still works that I bought after about 3 or 4 years but it's a different brand. I finally have time to take a closer look tonight. I've tried this on both my Macintosh and my desktop PC and it just made weird noises. The Mac no longer recognizes it and the PC sees the drive but thinks there is no disc in it. I wouldn't recommend this drive unless you expect your electronics to last 10 months.
