Good value for money, good customer service

The carafe comes well packaged, quite thick and heavy. It looks more like acrylic than crystal but overall everything would be fine except. one small and one very noticeable flaw in the glass. As an update, the seller responded very quickly, was surprised, and sent me a replacement immediately. Now I have no flaws. Good service.
