The ease of use for our staff with this software as well as how easy it was to train them quickly! It's not what we were looking for but that wasn't their fault so I'd say go ahead anyway! We are using this product because there isn't anything else out there like this - yet. Our clients love having access to an electronic copy of every phone call they have ever made at any time while being able to share these documents electronically via email or Google Drive which saves us money by reducing paper usage.
