Review on ComAround Knowledge by Joe Gosa

I like how everything is organized so it's very easy to find what you're looking for. It has great search features which makes finding things super fast. The application can be slow sometimes when loading pages or accessing items through menus, but this isn't too much of a problem because most people are used to waiting for sites to load anyways. We have been able to use comaround knowledge for our customer care department. They are now more efficient at solving issues with customers due to all the information they have stored about each issue.
