This is by far the best boning knife I have ever bought. I was already impressed at how well made it was, but was amazed at how easy it was to cut. I decided to sear the steak and it cut through without much effort. It feels good in the hand and has a pleasant weight. It has a beautiful and strong wooden handle. The leather case it comes in is well made and of good quality. This is definitely my knife for small cuts and boning. Cuts cleanly and easily. In my case it's worth the money. I have seen other boning knives cost a lot more so I was very impressed with the good quality of this knife.
