Description of 🔪 DRAGON RIOT Boning Knife with Leather Sheath: Premium Forged Cleaver Knife for Butchers, Chefs & Outdoor Enthusiasts | Carbon Steel Blade Perfect for Meat, Fish, Camping & BBQ | Includes Gift Box

Particular Design - Hand forged boning knife is a little heavier than general kitchen knife, but no need to worry about the weight, the superbly balanced and the extra weight simply makes the cutting more pleasure and ease. Portable Sheath - The chef knife is attached a well made protective leather belt sheath. You can wear it on your belt when using outdoors for easy carrying and easy access. In order to preventing the knife falling out from the sheath, the sheath may be a little tight. Premium Quality - The thick and sturdy blade is made of carbon steel. The steel is extremely hard and makes the blade really sharp. Curved wood handle is comfortable and easy to hold. The full tang structure handle, which is different from general chef knife welding handle, will not break after long-term use. This multi-purpose kitchen chef knife would be a good choice for kitchen, camping, barbecue, hunting or hiking. This chefs butcher knife can easily handle your daily tasks of slicing, dicing and mincing by cutting chicken, lame chops, steaks, vegetables and fruits. Guarantee - We ensure that our boning knife will meet your expectation. We also provide 12-month warranty for quality-related issues, 30-day money back guarantee for any reason and friendly customer service. Perfect for collection and also a great gift for your family, friend or yourself.

Great knife!: Boning knife

This knife is amazing! Excellent control and reduced wrist strain. Well weighted and properly balanced. I have big hands and my knuckles hold the blade in place to keep it from breaking on the cutting board. Great product so far and seems able to take a beating. For this price you won't find anything better.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Long wait

Probably my fault.: Kitchen & Dining

I love the sharpness and feel of this knife/cleaver. And I mean it's really drastic. We clean and slaughter pigs, deer and chickens. Use a bone saw for almost everything except poultry. In general, it fits perfectly in the hand. I've used the cleaver probably over 2000 times, hits etc. Noticed a chip on the blade yesterday. There is also a small crack from this chip. I kept using it, I just adjusted my style by applying pressure rather than a swinging or chopping motion.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Crumpled

An interesting addition for you Kitchen knife

An interesting knife. I find it a bit heavy and bulky but my wife loves it! I wouldn't call it "boning" but more like loops. It has a very nice "masculine" design and with a sheath it would probably be the perfect all round camping kitchen knife. I added a wooden slot to the side of the knife block for convenience like everything else. You can't beat the price to try this. It's pretty well made and nicely finished.

  • Beautiful

Sharp as a dragon's claw

This is by far the best boning knife I have ever bought. I was already impressed at how well made it was, but was amazed at how easy it was to cut. I decided to sear the steak and it cut through without much effort. It feels good in the hand and has a pleasant weight. It has a beautiful and strong wooden handle. The leather case it comes in is well made and of good quality. This is definitely my knife for small cuts and boning. Cuts cleanly and easily. In my case it's worth the money. I have…

Excellent quality knife - Very sharp

I bought this knife for my 33 year old son as a Christmas present. He used it as a test immediately after opening to see how hot it was. was, he cut off a piece of meat that we chilled on the counter. I watched as I made a test cut through the main rib. Cuts like butter with little effort. He was very impressed with the sharpness. He liked the comfortable grip and the finger hole on the handle. He was also enthusiastic about the processing. He said he feels good in the hand. He's not a chef but

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not automatic

Can't complain, best in kitchen and dining room

Good knife for the price. Having previously worked in the kitchen for several years, I have never felt as comfortable with a cheap knife as I have with this one. The cutting edge is stupid sharp, the finger holes fit well, feels good in the hand and I like that it's short. It slices meat and fish like they're not there, and does a great job with root vegetables. Even got it on a roll of four sheets of printer paper and it went through like butter. The only downside I had was that one of the…

Amazing quality cutlery and knife accessories

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen trying cheap foods as often as I buy expensive ones. This knife is definitely worth buying as it combines a hybrid boning knife with a small hatchet. It's sharp, holds the sharpening well, feels comfortable in the hand. I've used it for deboning chickens, chicken thighs, steaks, and roughly chopping veggies. It's a bit larger than I expected based on my eyesight, but the shape, point and sharpness mean it can do exactly what it's meant to do, and it's also…

This is a strange knife for an American chef, but it works very well!

>. I grew up in a house with a Western European menu, so this knife isn't often seen in any of the kitchens I've cooked in, even some camp kitchens. But I'm looking for new concepts and other tools. First it was Japanese knives and they do a great job and I even have a few in my kitchen that still work.>. I wanted to buy some small fruit and vegetable knives in the kitchen and when I looked at AMAZON, this knife appeared. It's listed as a boning knife, but my tradition is to use a thin…
