It's a nightmare, honestly. The order is canceled by the supplier, support throws up its hands and throws promotional codes. Should I feed my dog with promo codes? Of course, because of 4k, I will not go to court (although I should), but what happened is a direct violation of consumer protection law. The seller after paying for the goods has no right to cancel the order unilaterally.
