I've been reading up on eye pieces and know that cheaper is not better. But for the sake of adding EPs to my collection I decided to try this one out. I was suprised by the quality of the lens and how good details jumped out. The 40mm has great picture quality and has great detail on the moon and star clusters. The 17mm was actually better than the 10mm Celestron that I got with my telescope because I could actually see the rings around Jupiter. The 6.3mm however was the only downfall. Jupiter only appeared as an orange blur. The 6.3mm may be better on a better scope. All these were used on a Celestron 114EQ. Overall though this is well worth the investment if your just looking to add eyepieces and don't want to spend a fortune.
