I really like these brushes. At first I thought why I need so many, but I found that I like using different ones for different purposes. So I always use blue for BBQ sauce or pizza sauce. If it retains any flavors, it doesn't matter because they're all for the same thing. I also like that the brush really holds the product and doesn't drip all over the place. I haven't used the big one yet, but I use the small ones every week.
