Review on Upgraded SSP-30XL: Portable RV Smart Surge Protector with Cover - 30 Amps by Progressive Industries by Todd Calloway

I purchased this product and recommended it to two of my camping friends before using it as I felt the "protection" they provided was worth the cost. One friend was new to camping like me and the other was a seasoned camper. We bought their motorhome (they have a third one) and each of them bought a new identical motorhome. During our first ride, the gauges on my device showed a problem. I changed my block to a similar block of my buddy. He had no problems on my side, but mine showed the same problem on his side as mine. I have called Progressive Industries several times and have never received a reply. Honestly I can't tell you if this block is any good. , but I can tell you that my block is useless for me because my indicator is on all the time. They aren't cheap and I wasted my money.
