Review on Compact Windshield Suction GPS Mount for Garmin Nuvi Drive DriveSmart GPS Models (010-1198300 Replacement) by Megan Spencer

I bought this because a ball joint broke on my Garmin. The ball seat fits my Garmin but the seat is very tight. When I first inserted the included ball suction assembly into the socket, the ball pulled away from the suction. Very cheap ball suction cups. I use the ball vacuum that comes with Garmin, it's much more powerful. The socket is so tight that I don't take the Garmin out of the suction cup because I'm afraid of breaking something. What is that USB thingy? I connected it to my computer but couldn't access it.
