The ability to create new fields with custom types/fields (such as number ranges) using scripts was very useful when converting from another software application without this feature it would have been more difficult! I'd like there be an option so you could search by document type instead if just file date range i had issues finding them because they were not filed correctly or dident show up under any options given but worked after some tweaking - try different dates until one works- sometimes its better than having no results at all! great tool especially since we are only allowed 1 license per department now!! easy transfer between departments / accounts etc.- can move large amounts files quickly & easily even across networks via FTP servers which has saved me many times over doing multiple transfers manually each month due too slow speeds available through our network provider compared what fire point allows us do vs manual ftp's!! helps alot during migrations where staff get busy before end.
