Looks like a good megger. but the english documentation sucks.
It feels like a well made product and if you know how any of these things work you'll probably be happy with it. For me, a poorly photocopied, poorly translated instruction manual stopped me as soon as I got past "Press the power button". (FWIW, there is a very nice brochure in Chinese) Luckily, my 21-year-old assistant could intuitively understand how to do the tests we needed.
