From the first look, the product appears super easy to install. It wasn't terrible, however it was deceiving. Looking at several pictures on this product page, it seems that the holder can be oriented on either direction. I wanted to orient it that the horizontal bar that holds the toilet paper points towards the left. After installing it I realized the pipes get looser over time. As you could see on the pic, I ended up having to spackle my wall a few times to finally get it right. The first one was my error. I traced how to place it on the wall without fully assembling it (that was stupid of me, don't do that). Then I traced it fully assembled on the wall thinking I got it right this time, but the pipes slightly loose when oriented correctly. I guess I was forcing it to orient in a way it's not supposed to. I redid it and tried orienting it to the right like on the picture and that worked better. However, I feel like the board could still be screwed on tighter but this is the best position, with minimal loose parts. It should work and I hope it lasts. Learn from my mistakes. Now I have to touch up my paint!
