If you've ever had military training and had to go through the gas chamber when removing your gas mask, this is the easy version of it. Meanwhile, my cat sits on a stool next to the one I sprayed and watches as we crazies choke on the spray meant to keep her off the stool she was sitting next to. *face palm* The ingredients on the bottle nowhere indicate that any type of pepper or any pepper extract is used. But I assume that it is the ingredient "plant extract". Because lemon balm has a pleasant lemon taste. Nothing else on their ingredient list will do that. NO citrus smell either. NOBODY! You don't feel anything, and that's before you start coughing. On a good note, it will make a great pepper spray or a good spray to prank people you don't like. All you have to do is spray it within a few feet of them and leave the room. no smell You will wake up coughing and there will be no evidence that anything was sprayed or anything. Therefore, the seller may wish to resell this product along these lines as it does not work as a cat scratch remedy.
