This grill is great and produces good heat for searing. I was able to follow the instructions and it was very easy to set up and use. Just make sure to put some water in the drip tray before using it and of course after cleaning before first use. My wife and I grilled salmon and vegetables on the grill, it turned out very good and very tasty. It left grill marks on the salmon and tasted great, just as good as it did on my charcoal grill, but without much fuss. Clean up was easy and I used olive oil on the hob which made it easy. Looking forward to next time to try burger and steak.
