I've been trying these mounts for about a week and have concluded that they're a good concept, but they only work with the Google Home Mini. Not Nest Mini. It's unfortunate that the Google Home Mini has been discontinued and replaced by the Nest Mini. When dismount is connected to Google Home Mini, it works as intended. It keeps the Mini securely in place. When the Nest Mini is installed, there is an air pocket on the back because it doesn't fit properly. I've tried various ways to level the mini socket but nothing seems to work and it keeps falling out after a few hours. Well, Google Home Mini and Google Nest Mini look almost the same, they are slightly different in shape. Because of this, the mount doesn't work with the Google Nest Mini, but it does work with the Google Home Mini.
