This is an upgrade from old versions (Ywey brand).

I've been using this type of cheaper Oral-B replacement heads for about a year and a half because original Oral-B headphones are very expensive. Another cheaper one (Ywey brand) I bought earlier, the white disc that the bristles were attached to, loosened up a bit after a few weeks and actually pinched your lip to the point where it was a problem. They don't and seem to last a little longer overall. Will definitely buy again if needed.
