I used to roll a tennis ball under my foot to relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis. That brought some relief, but the ball often slipped under my foot and rolled away, which was extremely annoying. This smart massager attaches to your foot and holds the massage ball and/or roller in place for continuous relief. Works great and really helps relieve chronic foot and heel pain. I only downgraded it 1 star because the sleeve that fits over your leg is too small for my leg (US size 9.5) and you only get 1 sleeve. It would be nice to have 2 so you can wear the massager on both legs at the same time.
