I recently made the mistake of placing a purchase with HTRC, and I must say that I was extremely dissatisfied with every aspect of the process. Although they have an impressive assortment of remote control toys and vehicles, the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. Their selection of remote control toys and vehicles is impressive. The parts that I purchased were of poor quality and didn't fit together correctly, which rendered it impossible for me to use them in the manner for which they were designed. When I reached out for assistance, their customer support did not respond and was not helpful in any way. This made the situation even worse. In addition, I discovered that their website was disorganized and difficult to traverse, which made the overall shopping experience less enjoyable and more frustrating for me. In addition, despite their assurances that orders are fulfilled quickly, the delivery of my purchase took a great deal more time than I had anticipated. In general, I would not recommend HTRC to anyone who is passionate about remote controls. The overall purchasing experience is a letdown due to the low quality of the company's products, the unsatisfactory quality of their customer service, and the complexity of their website. Instead of giving yourself a headache, go shopping somewhere else.
