I've been using this kettle for about a week and highly recommend it. It has solid stainless steel construction and the temperature control makes all the difference when you're brewing both coffee and tea. Before that I had a regular kettle for many years and when it finally broke it was my first try on a similar kettle recommended by Revain. It was all stainless steel too, but I didn't like the style enough to look again. I wasn't sure about the gooseneck design but now I'm sure. It's easy to use, heats up quickly, is very quiet (I turned off the beep that lets you know when you've reached your desired temperature) and very stylish with a black finish. I never thought this teapot style would mean a lot, but it did!
