I think this kettle is a great product. Not really a coffee pot, but a small heater designed to precisely distribute water over its swan neck. Enter the exact temperature in degrees you want for your tea or french press. Keep for 2 hours if necessary. Looks great and very stylish.

So far so good. The pen doesn't feel cheap when the temperature changes. It takes about 3 minutes to reach the maximum temperature. You can mute the sound by pressing and holding the button, and there's a timer button too. Very easy to pour gooseneck which I prefer when making coffee and tea. Generally very happy with the quality. Will update the review if anything happens in the next 30 days or so.

This kettle works surprisingly well. The ability to set the temperature and then hold it for up to 2 hours makes it easy to brew tea or coffee all morning. It heats up quickly and quietly and works as advertised. The only downside is that the top cap came loose and had to be reattached with superglue. They said they had no product to offer a replacement and no way to refund my money. All a farce it seems. I have had this swan neck kettle for about two weeks. So I can't say anything about longevity. It heats up a little slower than my previous kettle, but still very quickly. I use it to make coffee and it's ready when I grind the beans. To turn it off, I press the ON button for about 1 second.
