I have always loved Govee items and this is no exception. Admittedly, the mood light is really a novelty rather than a requirement for a space heater, but it does serve as a conversation starter.The one thing I am really disappointed with (hence the one star reduction) is that the safety instructions/label on the power cord say that the heater MUST be plugged directly into the wall socket and not via an extension cord or other outlet strip to avoid being a fire hazzard. The problem is that the cord on this heater is not that long so I am restricted with my placement options. I don't see how anyone can place the unit in the center of a room because it will not reach a wall outlet. In this sense, some of the photos and videos that feature this product in the listing are misleading. It appears it is placed on someone's cocktail table in the middle of the room with wires going underneath the table. In most cases you would have to have an extension cord to get power and the safety label and warnings in the manual are very clear that this is a fire hazard.Outside of that limitation, it appears to be a quality product. I tested the safety feature by tipping the heater over and it turns off as designed. If you want to put this on a night stand or closer to a wall I don't see any issues. It is just not as versatile as the photos in the listing suggest.
