I have a 1970's brick ranch that's easy to maintain, although it does struggle at times. This product is perfect for me. I have a few leaks, punctures, etc. and I don't necessarily want to call a repairman right away, but I definitely don't want to make things worse. So far I've used this for a small hole in a door frame and also for caulking the back of the house where the previous seal has come loose. The product is easy to use and lasts a long time. The main thing is that it works properly.
