Review on CASMAG Classic Driving Loafers - Perfect for Walking by Terry Wright

First let me say that these are beautiful shoes and a great alternative to sneakers. They have a thick, cushioning sole and are made of breathable material, so they can be worn with or without socks. They are also very light. After saying these good things I will explain why I can only give them 3 stars. I ordered these for my partner who usually wears shoes from 7.5 to 8. I ordered him a 7.5 because the light mesh material (and the photos) made me think the shoes might stretch and be too big for a size 8. Incorrect. They don't stretch at all. They have a snug fit (which is good for slip-ons) but there is NO room to maneuver (partly due to the stiff toe). The pair ordered was 41 EU/UK which is the equivalent of $7.5. However, due to the construction of the shoe (the sock I mentioned) it is too tight for my partner. I'm sure a US size 8 would be perfect. The bottom line is size does matter so check the size chart carefully before ordering and if you are between sizes I would recommend going up (in other words a 7.5 should order an 8) .
