It's hard to see what you've done in the picture.

I ordered several types of "elastic bands" for ear loops for masks. The disposable masks we wore as children are so thick. So not really suitable for my application. Also, the "color trail" is really short. This way a loop will have 3 or 4 colors - I was hoping to choose a color for a specific fabric for the mask but that won't work.
