UPDATE: When I contacted customer service they sent me a third taillight in a flash and I was in no rush to install a new one. but unfortunately that didn't work either. I'm still happy with the turnaround time and how much care they take to be honest. At least the face looks better lol. I waited to write this review to make sure the light would last but it didn't. Don't get me wrong the first time I installed these on my jeep, very easy and nice looking without breaking the bank. Give it back, which I've been doing consistently for months. tried glue. But now it's gone, just an open light, which is not good. I hope to contact xprite for a replacement or something. I just need to find their contact information. If they can work with me I will update the review as long as I'm just disappointed with the product. :(
