I have a NZXT H710 case, got the lighting kit a week ago and wanted to change my blue LED fans to RGB. Bought this to try. Even in the case of the NZXT, it fits snugly into the I/O ports on the back. There is definitely no room for wiring on the side of the fan. This is a 140mm fan. I ended up having to reroute my 4 light strip wires to change the connection method. I am very happy with the lighting and am planning to replace 4 other fans with it. Although I could use 120mm up front instead. I think the lighting control software works quite well.
