I have the following hardware: - 2 HP 22uh monitors - 1 Lenovo Ideapad 330 laptop Problem & Solution: My laptop only has 2 usb ports and one hdmi port and i wanted to use both monitors. I used an HDMI cable for one of the monitors and then bought this product for another. After downloading the software and connecting to this product, the screen resolution was terrible. I switched ports and then the resolution was great. You will only get excellent resolution if your computer has a USB 3.0 port (I have both 2.0 and 3.0 ports). You can find this in your computer's settings. The product works great for me and I haven't had any problems so far.
