Very time consuming
We looked at the instructions for this and even after the instructions, yes they "seem" easy, it takes a very long time. This was starting to get annoying. It would be easier if the balloons were already inflated with plastic. The hardest part was getting them on the tape. Make sure you understand this first. It looked beautiful despite a long and frustrating time. Oh, and my Happy Birthday sign is broken. I had to glue it together
