Broken device, terrible support

UPDATE 06/01/2019: I've never hated a device as much as this mouse. I seriously never want to buy a Logitech product again. I sent in my mouse and playpad and only the mouse was returned to me. I politely explained that I sent them both and they should have known about it. Eventually they also sent me my PowerPlay tablet. Generally it took me two months to process the RMA. The new devices had the SAME PROBLEMS as the original ones. Now, 4 months later, the left click is a double click, which I only click once about 50% of the time. You can only imagine the chaos this causes. I put up with this for so long just because I spent so much money on this POS. Thing goes in the trash - not even worth the time for another RMA. I bought the 903 with the Power Play mat because the wireless self-charging mouse is awesome. I couldn't be more disappointed. There are constant connection issues, with the mouse disconnecting for 500ms at random times, which is just awful when you're in a game. Happens every 5 minutes or so, sometimes 5 or 6 times a minute. Mouse and Powerplay mat indicators change randomly. Even if I turn them off, they turn back on. It's very distracting when my mouse flashes bright red and constantly spins or changes color randomly. Thanks, but I can google. I needed help with my device. Is this a general problem? There seemed to be no expertise, just people reading scripts. I expected more from a premium $200+ mouse and from a company like Logitech. Email took >2 days and the first time I sent a request I automatically received an apology for my request taking more than 2 days. Answers. After 2 days I received another email saying my request was closed. I opened ANOTHER query and got another link to a KB article about connection issues. Very, VERY frustrating. I chose Logitech over Razer this time because Razer software tends to be the main PITA. I jumped out of the fire and into the fire. I do not recommend this device.
