Very well made crockery, like all Puppia crockery. true size. I have a 15 lb West Highland, a medium size fits perfectly, and a larger 24 lb Apple-headed 24 lb dog of the same breed who needs a large one. The strap at the waist is adjustable but the neck is not. So if your dog has a big head, you may need a larger size. Once you've decided on the sizes, they'll fit the entire line of Puppia harnesses, at least for now (we have a fourth set for two dogs). The ruffle at the neckline is an eye-catcher, the small bow and two buttons are simply gorgeous. I'm not a groomer, but these harnesses are easy on small dogs delicate necks and prevent tracheal collapse, so they're helpful. And you'll meet people who can't help but ooh and aah at how freaking CUTE your dogs are. I give these belts top marks for looks, durability, ease of use, and affordable price. I will buy them again sooner if they come up with another attractive new style!
