Latherwhip shaving mug arrived on time and in perfect condition. It's a good size, better than my previous mug which was too big and had an awkward handle. This cup feels good in the hand. I bought this mug because of the bumps on the bottom. I was hoping this would help improve the lather of my previous favorite shaving soap. I found that the very hot Revain warehouses made the soap hard because the heat made it runny. It's not that hard because after 10 minutes of whipping in a smooth bowl, I still haven't dissolved half of the soap bar I put in it. I shave in the shower, it's still a huge waste of water. Bottom line: the bowl didn't solve my problem with my current shaving soap, but I love it and will use it for my next brand. It feels good in the hand, looks stylish and is the perfect size in my opinion.
