This case disappointed me for a number of reasons. The most important thing is that the rim is not lifted. If you lay the phone face down, it lies directly on the screen. The phone slides easily into the case only in the "closed" position. If you are not wearing a clip and want to see your phone's screen while it is still in the clip, you can turn it upside down, but it will be very difficult to get it if you have the clip on your belt and your phone fasten away, it will always get stuck on your shirt. It's not even slightly rubbery and slips everywhere. It's even a bit slippery in the hand. I haven't used this case long enough to appreciate its durability
