The team at bG are very responsive to our needs and can be trusted to deliver what we need when needed. They have an excellent understanding of our business. We've been working with them for about 6 years now so they know exactly how we do things and where we're headed. I would like more visibility into their workflows. For example, it's not always clear who's doing what tasks or why certain decisions were made. Also, i'd love if there was some way to send emails directly from my inbox without having to go through other people. This helps me stay focused on projects rather than getting distracted by email threads. Our organization has grown over time and become much larger than originally anticipated. To keep up with demand we had to expand beyond one office space into several locations. It's important to make sure we're spending as efficiently as possible but also making smart decisions to grow organically.
