Of all the qualities that can be attributed to binoculars such as optical quality, build quality, durability, weather resistance, etc. the only quality that can be a deciding factor, no matter how well others rate it, is the alignment of two optical systems. . I had a headache for over a day after using it for just a few minutes. Checked for registration and BINGO, was the problem. Nothing wobbled or wobbled. I don't feel like they went wrong in any way during production or shipping. I believe they just don't bother aligning them during production, if at all.
