SAVE YOUR MONEY best on binoculars and scopes

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I don't normally take the risk of deals like this, but I know Celestron and decided to give it a try. After about 15 minutes of fiddling, I came to the conclusion that "focus" is a term that eludes the capabilities of these binoculars. I will send them back.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Good value for money

I recently damaged the waterproof binoculars I took on the boat and bought them as replacements. They have eyecups that unscrew to protect the goggles and have independent single lens focusing so you can rely on central focusing afterwards if your eyes are different, they're lightweight, the lenses are well collimated and the images are clear clear.

Cheap Decent Binoculars

Binoculars are the bane of most hunters. They are essential for hunting, but can quickly become incredibly expensive. There's nothing great or unusual about that. They say fog protection, but it's not. They fog up fairly easily. With that in mind, you can't go wrong for the price. I don't have thousands of dollars to spend on binoculars and if you don't have either, for the price it's not bad. The view is pretty clear, they're easy to set up, have a nice body and are pretty light. All in all a…

Excellent optical quality in a small package

The optical quality is amazing, much better than expected. I chose 8x25 because 8x is optimal for handheld work and 25x because of small form factor and light weight. I have much more expensive 8x34 binoculars but they fit the bill and are much smaller and lighter. If you want the best optical quality, you need to switch to Leica or Zeiss. The lack of connectors is disappointing, and the quality of the strap and case leaves a lot to be desired. Hence one star less.

Doesn't work with glasses.

These were great little binoculars. However, I returned them for a reason. Glasses don't work. They were great without my glasses but didn't have enough eye relief to work with glasses. I couldn't get anywhere near the full field of view with my goggles on. If you don't need glasses and want a nice little pair of binoculars for bird watching in your backyard then these would be great. If you have to wear glasses, then they are useless. If they worked with my glasses I would give 5 stars.

Headaches, literally and figuratively.

Not matched at all. Of all the qualities that can be attributed to binoculars such as optical quality, build quality, durability, weather resistance, etc. the only quality that can be a deciding factor, no matter how well others rate it, is the alignment of two optical systems. . I had a headache for over a day after using it for just a few minutes. Checked for registration and BINGO, was the problem. Nothing wobbled or wobbled. I don't feel like they went wrong in any way during production or…

Great compact binoculars

These are the third Celestron binoculars I have bought. The first two are 8x42 (which Stanaslov had to buy and then ask someone knowledgeable about binoculars to explain how to use them properly, but still). They're sharp and clear and I've been happy with them in the Rocky Mountains, Moab, Zion and Bryce Canyon. The quality of the 8x42 led me to the compact 8x25 model. It's actually a wedding present for one of our daughters. However, due to the clarity of vision and the fact that they are fog

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Uncertain

These devices are suitable for a coffee table or a glove compartment. The eyecups have a very low lift, so wearers of glasses should be careful. They also don't gather light, and I wonder if that's because they aren't "completely covered" but just "layered". There's a difference. Colors balance and appear dull, and the pair I received (which I'm trying to return) are a little blurry visually. In general, there are probably better options. I'm generally a Celestron fan. My 8x42s are excellent…

Great cheap binoculars. Ideal for small children.

My great-nephew is very smart and at the age of four and a half he's already quite a big guy. and he likes to go camping with mom and dad so I wanted to get him some binoculars of his own. Also, he's the type who likes hard hits, so I figured the binoculars should be able to withstand a lot of wear and tear. The first thing I looked at was the Kidwinz Shock Proof 8x21 children's binoculars, beautifully designed. but several reviews pointed to their propensity for fairly easy breakage due to the
