Review on 🚗 Gabriel 49304 Shock Absorber - Enhanced Performance, 2 Pack by Alex Taylor

Bought these for a DIY aviation ride on my 2016 Street Glide. The shocks seemed fine (no leaks etc) but I didn't enjoy the ride at all. Solo riding required more than 110psi, stretching the shocks completely and not giving a very good (stiff) ride. Relieve the pressure to about 85psi and typical bumps are fine, but anything like small potholes (even manhole covers only up to an inch with smooth pavement. No sharp edges around the cover) and bumps reach the bottom. Driving a two is terrible if you don't have perfect roads. I weigh about 190 pounds and my wife about 145. The bike bottoms out at 150-160psi, worse than the solo at 85psi! I bought them primarily for height adjustment (I'm 5ft 6in) but not worth the terrible ride. I saw a lot of good reviews here and on the forums so maybe mine were lemons. but that was my experience.
